Your Key Turnover Walkthrough takes place around possession and is the final walkthrough before you receive your keys. At this appointment, Epic will review the home with you, confirm its condition, answer final questions, and hand over the keys to your new home. This walkthrough is also an opportunity to review any outstanding items identified earlier in the process and ensure you understand the next steps for home care, warranty coverage, and settling into the home.

Our goal is to deliver every home in excellent condition at key turnover. We work hard to complete all items before possession, but there may occasionally be minor adjustments or follow-up items identified during the walkthrough. If anything is noted, our Home Care team will document it and coordinate completion in accordance with our home care process.

Your walkthrough is about more than looking at finishes, it is about learning how your home works. If you notice something that does not look right, feel right, or operate properly, raise it during the walkthrough so the Epic team can review it with you.
